1 Cup Onion
1 Tbsp Oil
10 Aloo (Boiled)
2 Cups Oil
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Cup Water
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp Achaar Masala
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Kalonji
5 Whole Red Chilli
1.Deep fry aloo in oil.
2.Take oil in another pan and add chopped onions in it and saute the onion till golden brown.
3.After the onion is done add ginger garlic paste in it.
4.Now add red chilli powder, achaar masala and turmeric powder in it and mix it thoroughly.
- Add boiled potatoes to the mix.
6.Now add sugar and vinegar in the potatoes and mix them properly.
7.After it is done add water and cover the pan for sometime and let it cook.
8.Once it is done remove the lid.
1.In a pan take oil and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, whole red chillies and kalonji.
2.Mix them well.
3.Once the tadka is ready pour it in the aloo mix.
4.Serve Achaari Aloo hot.
