4 Potatoes (Boiled), mashed
1/2 tsp Black peppercorn

1/2 tsp Maida
1/2 Cup Coriander leaves
1 Green chilli
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ginger paste
1/2 Cup Peas (Boiled), mashed
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp Coriander seeds
1 Onion, sliced
2 tbsp Oil
1.In a pan heat oil, add onion and fry it till golden brown.
2.Dry roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black peppercorn in another pan, then grind them together.
3.In a bowl take mashed potatoes and mashed peas, mix it then add ginger paste, fried onion and mix them all properly.
4.Add red chilli powder, salt, green chilli, ground spice, coriander leaves and mix these ingredients properly. The mixture should be sticky so that the tikki can be made.
5.Now add maida in it and mix it again.
6.Now from the mixture make round balls of tikki flatten it a bit and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
7.Heat some oil in a pan and pan fry the tikkis till it becomes golden brown.
8.Tikki is ready. Serve it hot along with curd and mint chutney.
