5- 6 Brinjal, sliced
1 Cup Besan
1 tsp Khus Khus
1 Cup Water
2 Nos Green Chillies
1 tsp Ginger paste
1/2 tsp Salt
A pinch of Turmeric Powder
1 Cup Mustard Oil
1.Take besan in a bowl, add salt, turmeric powder and mix it together.
2.Then add green chillies and ginger paste, mix it again. Pour required water and make a smooth and thick batter.
3.The batter should be spoon coating, add more water if required to get the required consistency.
4.Now add khus khus and whisk the batter thoroughly.
5.Once done take the flat brinjal slices and deep it into the besan batter.
6.Heat mustard oil in a large pan and deep fry the brinjal slices in it.
7.Fry it on a medium flame till it becomes golden brown in color and cooked from both sides. Try not to overcook it.
8.Crispy begunis are ready. Serve it hot as a quick snack.
