Bhutteyan De Kebab


1/2 cup potato boiled and grated

2 chopped green chilli

2 cups corn kernel

2 tsp chopped ginger

1/2 tsp white pepper powder

1/2 tsp black pepper powder

1 pinch mace powder (javitri)

1/2 tsp garam masala

Salt to taste

Few fresh mint leaves

3-4 tsp refined oil



1.Grate the corn.

2.Mix all the ingredients.

3.Make barrel shaped kebabs from the mixture.

4.In a non stick pan heat oil and shallow fry the kebabs over a medium heat until it turns golden crisp color.

5.Serve the kebabs with mint chutney.Bhutteyan De Kebab
