Chicken 65

Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts (cut into strips)

1 tsp garlic paste

1 tsp ginger paste

1 tsp red chili powder

1 1/2 tsp cumin powder

2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp coriander powder

Salt to taste

2 Tbsp flour

1 cup oil

1 tsp kashmiri chili powder

1 egg

1 Tbsp corn flour

1 tsp mustard seeds

4 guntur chillies

500 ml soda

6-7 curry leaves

5-6 pepper corns

 

Procedure:

1.In chicken strips add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger and garlic paste and oil for binding.

2.Mix it properly and keep it in fridge for 15-20 minutes.

3.Now make a batter from one egg, flour and corn flour and soda and keep the batter in fridge for 15-20 minutes.

4.Take the chicken strips and dip it in the batter and deep fry them.

5.For tempering take a tadka pan, add oil and put guntur chilly, curry leaves, mustard seeds and pepper corns.

6.Pour the tadka on the deep fried chicken and serve it hot.
