Chicken Chilli Masala
500 gms chicken
Salt, to taste
3 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp ginger-garlic paste
A bunch of curry leaves
1 Tbsp jeera
2 Tbsp peppercorn
10 green chillies
A bunch of coriander leaves
3 big onions paste
1.Take green chilli, pepper corns, jeera, curry leaves, garlic, ginger, coriander and grind all of them together.
2.Wash the chicken properly and drain excess water from it.
3.Now add masala paste made from the ingredients, 1 tsp of oil in the chicken and marinate it for half an hour.
4.Take a pan, heat oil and add onion paste in it. Fry it till the smell of onions gets vanished and it turns brown in color.
5.Then take the marinated chicken, add it and let it cook on low flame till the chicken is cooked properly. Add some water in it as required.
6.Add salt as the chicken is cooked and let it cook for about 2 min so that the chicken absorbs the salt.
7.Chicken chilli masala is ready.
8.Note that you should not close the lid when the chicken is cooking and keep it stirring in every 5 minutes. It should not stick to the pan.
