Eggless Vanilla Cake
1 Cup Maida
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Castor Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1.Take a sieve, strain maida in it, add baking powder to the sieve and mix them together in a bowl.
2.Take another bowl, add castor sugar and butter in it and whisk them well.
3.Then add maida to the whisked sugar, mix it properly and add half cup of milk.
4.Whisk the mixture again. Add the vanillas essence in it and a half cup of milk.
5.Whisk it again, put vinegar and whisk more.
6.Now take a mould, pour the cake batter in it and bake it at 180 degree Celsius for 20 minutes.
7.Once done cut it and serve.
