Hara Bhara Kebab


4 Boiled Potatoes

1 Tomato, chopped

Imli Chutney

1 Lemon

1/4 Cup Corn flour

1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs

1 tsp Chat Masala

1 tsp Salt

1 Cup Coriander Leaves

1 Cup Parsley

1 Green Chilli

2 tsp Ginger

3 tsp Garlic

100 Gram Peas

50 Gram Spinach

1 tsp Sugar

1 tsp Salt


2 tsp Cumin Seeds

3 tsp Coriander Seeds

½ tbsp oil

Hara Bhara Kebab


1.Dry Roast cumin seeds and coriander seeds.

2.Take some water in a pan, add sugar, salt, peas and spinach and saute them well.

3.Drain the water and put them in cold water and keep it for sometime.

4.Now put it in grinder, add ginger, garlic, parsley, green chilli, coriander leaves and the roasted cumin and coriander seeds, grind them all to make a paste.

5.Take a bowl and mix boiled potatoes, salt, chat masala, paste made earlier, bread crumbs and cornflour, form a paste and add lemon into it.

6.Now make round flat balls from the paste.

7.Heat some oil in a pan and fry the round balls into it until it becomes greenish brown in color.

8.Garnish the hot kebabs with chat masala, imli chutney, parsley, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, lemon and serve it hot.
