Instant Rawa Dosa
1 Cup Rava/Suji/Semolina
1 Tbsp Ghee/Clarified butter
1 Tbsp Oil
2 3/4 Water
As per taste Salt
1/2 Medium Onion (diced)
1/4 Cup Dhaniya
2-3 Green chilli, sliced
1 tsp Jeera
1 Tbsp Fresh coconut (pieces)
1/4 Cup All purpose flour
3/4 Cup Rice flour
1.Take rava, all purpose flour, rice flour, water in a mixing bowl, mix it properly and keep it aside for half an hour.
2.Then add green chillies, onions, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, salt, coconut pieces and mix it well.
3.Now in a large non stick pan keep the flame medium and apply some clarified butter on the surface.
4.As it gets hot take a ladle and pour the batter in the pan.
5.Try to fill the large holes with the batter and pour little oil on the sides of the dosa.
6.As the edges of the dosa starts getting brown, take a sharp edged spatula and turn the dosa and cook the other side for 1/2 to 1 minute.
7.Dosa should not stick to the pan. Once the dosa is done fold it and serve it hot along with some red chutney, coconut chutney and sambar.
