250 gm Raw bananas (diced), peeled
For pan-frying Desi ghee
2 Tbsp Coriander, chopped
1 Green chili, chopped
2 tsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
2 tsp Coriander seeds (powdered), roasted
2 tsp White rock salt (sendha namak)
1/4 Cup Kuttu ka atta
For dusting Kuttu ka atta
1 Black cardamom seed (badi elaichi)
1.Take bananas, ginger and elaichi and steam them till the banana is cooked.
2.If not steam you can also cook it with a very little water so that there should not be water left after the bananas are cooked. Let it cool for sometime.
3.After the bananas are cooled mash them and add the remaining ingredients, mix it properly and make a dough of the same.
4.Give it cylindrical rod shape and dust it in kuttu ka atta.
5.Heat little ghee and fry the kebabs over medium heat till it turns golden brown in color from both sides.
