Keema Samosa with Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
250 Gm Keema
5 Gm Whole garam masalas
50 Gm Onion
15-20 Gm Dry Fruits
4-5 Gm Ginger, chopped
1 Tbsp Garam masala
250 Gm Refined flour
10 Gm Ginger-garlic paste
1 Tbsp Hung curd
Oil for frying
Procedure:
1.Take ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, mix it properly and marinate the keema with the mixture. Keep it aside for about 20 minutes.
2.In a pan heat oil and add whole garam masala, onions and saute it till it turns golden brown in color.
3.Now add the marinated keema in it and cook it properly. Then add chopped ginger and dry fruits in it.
Samosa:
1.Take refined flour, add salt and little oil in it and make a stiff dough.
2.Make small balls from the dough and roll it into pancakes, then add keema in the pancake and give it shape of a samosa.
3.Fry the samosa till it is cooked properly.
Dip:
1.Take hung curd, salt, rose water, castor sugar, cardamom powder and mix it properly to make a dip for samosa.
