Laksa Chicken Tikka
2 Tbsp olive oil
A pinch of paprika
1/2 tsp shrimp paste (available in food stores)
1 red chilly, chopped
A pinch of coriander powder
1 tsp lemongrass
1/2 tsp ginger
2-3 cloves of garlic
For Chicken Tikka:
200 gm chicken leg, bone less
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 cup yogurt
1.To make the laksa paste, mix the ingredients and blend it till it becomes smooth paste.
2.Take chicken pieces, wash and drain it properly then put salt, ginger garlic paste and let it marinate for 30 min. Take out the excess water from it and keep it aside.
3.Till that time make a paste by mixing yogurt, salt and sauteed laksa paste. Then mix the chicken in the paste and keep it for marination for about 4 hours.
4.Arrange the chicken pieces in a skewer and grill them over charcoal fire.
5.Laksa chicken tikka is ready to serve.
