Matka Kulfi

Ingredients:
1 Cup Condensed milk
1 Cup Cream
2 Cups Milk
10-15 strands of Saffron (soaked in 1 Tbsp of warm milk for 15 minutes)
1/4 Cup Dry fruit mix
1/2 tsp Cardamom seeds (crushed)
Procedure:
- Take milk in a wide bottomed pan and let it simmer on a medium flame.
- Now add cream into it and stir it continuously for some time.
- Then add the condensed milk and again stir it properly till that time it will start thickening.
