Murgh Highway Tikka

Ingredients:
For marination:
4 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 kg of Chicken thigh boneless.
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp of Red chili powder
8 tsp Lemon juice
Second marination:
1 cup Hung curd
1.5 tbsp Fresh coriander
1 tbsp Green Chilies
1 tsp Coriander seeds
4 tbsp Cream
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Red chili flakes
1 tsp Cumin seeds
Other ingredients:
3 tbsp Cooking Butter
4 tbsp Mustard Oil
Procedure:
1.Wash the chicken properly and marinate it with red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and salt for 6 hours.
2.Whisk the hung curd and add rest of the ingredients of the second marination and mix it properly.
3.Now marinate the chicken in the second marination for 6 hours.
4.Take a skewer, arrange the chicken in the skewer and cook it in tandoor till it is cooked properly.
5.Sprinkle chat masala on the top and serve the tikka hot.
