1/2 Cup Nachni flour (ragi flour)
4 Tbsp Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp Assorted Nuts, chopped
3 Tbsp Ghee
1/2 Cup Khoya
1/2 Cup Jaggery, grated
For garnish Almonds
For garnish Chocolate Vermicelli
1.Take a kadhai, heat some ghee in it; add chopped nuts and saute it for a minute.
2.Now add nachni or ragi flour and roast it for about 8-10 minutes till it is cooked.
3.Add grated jaggery and mix it till the jaggery melts completely in it.
4.Then add peanut butter and khoya, keep mixing it for some time.
5.Evenly spread the mixture on a plate and refrigerate it.
6.Once done take the plate out of the refrigerator and garnish it with chocolate vermicelli, chopped almonds and cut it into desired shape and the burfi is ready to serve.
