Nimbu Hari Mirch Ka Murgh
50 Ml Fresh cream
1 Kg Chicken (cut)
200 Gm Onion (pureed), blanched
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
100 Ml Desi ghee
A pinch of Kasoori methi
3-4 Green chillies, sliced
2 tsp Malt vinegar
100 Gm Lemon pickle
2 Cups Yogurt (200 gm)
1 tsp Yellow chilli powder
1 Tbsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
Fresh coriander leaves to garnish
How to prepare NImbu Hari Mirch Ka Murgh:
1.Heat desi ghee in a pan, add ginger garlic paste in it and fry it till it smears.
2.Then add onion puree and chicken in it.
3.Now add the spices like coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, yellow chilli powder, salt and mix it well.
4.Take yogurt and add it in the chicken and let it blend so that a thick gravy is formed.
5.Once done add the lemon pickle along with malt vinegar, mix it properly then add green chillies in it and stir it well.
6.Now add kasoori methi and fresh cream as it will give nice blend to the gravy.
7.Finally garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
