500 Gram Spinach, pureed
1 Tbsp Cream
2 Nos Black cardamom (crushed)
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Red pepper, powdered
1/2 tsp Garam masala
2 tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Tomato, pureed
1 Cup Onion paste (boiled), grated
1 tsp Garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp Ginger, finely chopped
1 Bay leaf
1 tsp Cumin seeds
2 Tbsp Oil
15-16 Paneer cubes
1.Wash spinach and boil them in pressure cooker, then grind it to make palak puree.
2.Take oil in a pan and fry the paneer cubes till it turns golden brown.
3.In the same pan remove the paneer cubes, then add cumin seeds fry it till it splutters, add bay leaf and let it crackle.
4.Now add ginger, garlic and onion paste. Let it cook till it turns pinkish brown in color.
5.Add garam masala, salt, coriander powder, red pepper and mix it properly.
6.Then add tomato puree and fry it over medium heat.
7.Now add the palak puree and saute it for about 2-3 minutes.
8.Add the fried paneer cubes and mix it properly in the gravy so that it gets mixed completely.
9.Finally pour cream over it, mix it and serve it hot.
