Paneer Pakoras

Ingredients
500 gm paneer-cut into desired sized pieces
For the batter:
1 tsp soda bi-carb
oil for deep frying
1 tsp crushed cumin
salt
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chilli powder
200 gm flour
water
Procedure:
1.Take flour, cumin, red chilli powder, water, salt, turmeric, and soda bi-carb and make a thick batter.
2.Coat each slice with the batter and deep fry them. Finally sprinkle chat masala and serve it with ketchup or chutney.
