Parsi Egg


3 large potatoes – peeled and finely sliced

4 eggs

Salt, pepper

1 Tbsp chopped coriander

2 onions – sliced

1 tsp chopped garlic

1 green chilli finely chopped

1 tsp cumin seeds

2-3 Tbsp oil

Parsi Egg


1.Take a large frying pan, heat oil in it, add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter.

2.Then add onions, green chilli, garlic and cook till it becomes soft.

3.Add the potato slices in the pan and let it cook without covering it for 5 minutes.
