Vratwale Khatte Meethe Aloo
1/2 Kg Potatoes (parboiled & peeled), chopped
1 Tbsp Tamarind paste (optional)
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
2 tsp Rock salt
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1/4 Cup Clarified butter
1.Heat clarified butter in a pan, add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter.
2.Add potatoes in it and fry them till it becomes light brown.
3.Now add salt, sugar, chilli powder and continue to stir fry till it is well coated.
4.Once done turn off the flame, add lemon juice, mix it and serve.
