Badam Ka Halwa
13 Tbsp Desi Ghee
250 Gram Almonds
10 Tbsp Sugar
1.Take almonds, blanch it in hot water and peel off the almond skin.
2.Put the almonds in the blender and make a coarse paste.
3.Take a thick bottom pan and heat desi ghee and put the almond paste in it.
4.Add sugar in it and keep it cooking on slow fire till it becomes golden brown in color.
5.Once it is done the halwa is ready, garnish it with pieces of almonds.
