Chatpati Aloo Chat


For Coriander Chutney:

1 Green Chilli

1 Cup Coriander Leaves

1/2 Lemon Juice

1/2 tsp Black Salt

For Chaat:

2-3 Aloo (boiled)

A pinch of Cumin Powder

A pinch of Black Salt

A pinch of Black Pepper

1/2 tsp Chilli Powder

1/2 Lemon Juice

1/2 tsp Chaat Masala

1 tsp Tamarind Chutney

1 Onion, chopped



1.Grind coriander leaves and add green chillies and black pepper in it.

2.Now grind the ingredients together.

3.Add lemon juice to the freshly grinded ingredients for that tangy taste.

4.Mix it thoroughly.

Prepare Chaat:

1.In a pan of hot oil take boiled potatoes and deep fry it till golden brown.

  1. Soak oil and put the potatoes in a bowl.

3.Now add black pepper, cumin powder, black salt, chilli powder and chat masala in it.

4.On top of it sprinkle some chopped onions and half lemon juice.

5.Pour tamarind chutney and fresh coriander chutney and mix it thoroughly so that the spices gets soaked in the potatoes and give it a tangy flavour.

6.Serve it in a plastic bowl with toothpicks, garnished with chopped onions.Chatpati Aloo Chat
