Egg Masala Curry


4 Egg, boiled

1 tsp Coriander Powder

1 tsp Cumin Powder

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

For curry:

2 Tomatoes

1/2 Cup Water

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Cumin Powder

1 tsp Coriander Powder

1 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Garlic, chopped

1 tsp Ginger, chopped

1 Onion, finely chopped

1 Green Chilli

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

3 Tbsp Coriander Leaves

For Tadka:

1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder

8-10 Curry Leaves

1 Kashmir Chilli

1 tsp Mustard Seeds

1/4 tsp Methi Seeds

1/8 tsp Hing

Egg Masala Curry


1.In a bowl take boiled eggs, add red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, and coriander powder.

2.Mix them thoroughly.

3.Heat little oil in a pan and saute the eggs in it.


Prepare Curry:

1.Heat oil in a pan, add green chilli, cumin seeds, chopped onion and saute them till golden brown.

2.Now add garlic, ginger, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and mix them well.

3.Add water in the mixture and allow it to simmer.

4.Now add tomatoes, mix it properly then add water and mix it thoroughly.

5.Take the mixture in the grinder and make a spicy gravy.

6.Add the eggs in the gravy and mix it, put coriander leaves, mix it and bring it to simmer.


1.For the tadka heat some oil in a pan and put hing, curry leaves, mustard seeds, kashmiri chilli powder, methi seeds, kashmiri chilli and saute them well.

2.Pour the tadka over the egg curry and put coriander leaves over it and mix it well.

3.Serve the egg curry with naan.
