Khasta Sabudana Ki Tikki

Ingredients:
300 ml Oil
125 gm Sabudana
2 gm Sendha namak
3 gm Dry mango powder
3 gm Cumin powder
3 gm Cashews, chopped
5 gm Green chilli, chopped
130 gm Potato
Procedure:
1.Wash sabudana and soak it overnight in water and drain it the next day.
2.Boil potatoes and mash it, then mix sabudana, green chilli, cumin powder, sendha namak, dry mango powder and cashew nuts in it.
3.Now make patties from the mixture of equal size and fry it in hot oil till it turns golden brown.
4.Serve the tikki along with mint chutney.
