Masala Vada


1/2 Cup Soya Bean

1/2 Cup Chick Peas

Refined Oil

To taste Salt

2 Tbsp Ginger, grated

2 Onions, chopped

To taste Green Chillies

Masala Vada


1.Take chickpeas, soak it in water for 2 hours and soak soya beans overnight.

2.Combine both chickpeas and soya beans, drain the water completely and grind them together into a coarse batter.

3.Now add the chopped onions, salt, grated ginger to the batter and mix it properly.

4.Take approximately 2 tbsp of the batter and make vada with the hands and deep fry it in hot oil till it turns golden brown in color.

5.Once the vada is ready serve it hot along with ketchup.
