1 Cup All Purpose Flour
3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
2 Tbsp Ghee
4 Tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
To taste Green Chillies , chopped
1/2 Cup Onions, finely chopped
To taste Salt
For frying Ghee
For rolling Dry Flour
2 Cups Water (for the dough)
1.Take whole-wheat flour, refined flour and 2 tbsp of ghee together, mix it properly and knead a soft, sticky dough. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 2 to 3 hours.
2.Divide and make 4 rounds from the dough, cover it and leave it aside for another 15 minutes.
3.On a stove heat a tava till that time roll out 1 round roti. As the dough Is sticky you need to dust it with dry flour or pat it thin with the help of your palms if possible.
4.While placing the roti keep the heat high, place it over the tava, then break an egg in the center of it, add 2 tsp of onion, green chillies, salt and coriander leaves.
5.Now lower the heat to medium and fold it over 4 ways towards the center so that it forms a square.
6.Put the ghee around it.
7.As the inside portions is fried properly, put some ghee on the top and fry it till it becomes golden brown.
8.Serve it hot along with chutney or yogurt.
