Paneer Malpua


For Malpua:

8 tsp Milk

100 Gram Malai Paneer

1 Cup Ghee

2 Tbsp Maida

1 tsp Powdered Sugar

1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder

3 Tbsp Khoya

For Sugar Syrup:

1 Cup Water

1 Cup Sugar

1 tsp Dry Fruits

1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder

1/4 tsp Saffron

  1. For making malpua take crushed paneer, khoya and 4 tsp of milk in a grinder and grind it to make a smooth batter.

2.Add powdered sugar, maida and cardamom powder in the batter and milk if required and beat it properly.

3.Now heat ghee in a pan and put 1 tablespoon of batter in it and cook the malpua from both sides till it turns light brown.

4.Now for preparing sugar syrup take water, add sugar in it and let it boil till the sugar gets dissolved.

5.Then add saffron in it to add some fragrance, add dry fruits, cardamom powder, mix it till it becomes smooth syrup

  1. Now take the malpua, immerse it in the syrup for around 10-15 minutes till the malpua soaks the syrup.

7.Once done garnish it with dry fruits and serve the malpua hot.
