Rava Fried Fish

Ingredients
50 gm rava
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Pinch of salt
2 lemons quartered
1 tsp red chili powder
50 ml refined oil
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 fillets of Basa fish
Procedure:
1.In a bowl take garlic ginger paste, turmeric, chilli powder, salt and drizzle 2 spoons of refined oil and mix it properly.
2.Marinate the fish fillets with the paste and coat the pieces with rava.
3.In a preheat pan add refined oil and shallow fry the fillets.
4.For plating, lay some chopped coriander and serve the fillets along with lemon.
