Roasted Chicken Masala Recipe


Tandoori Masala:

1 tsp Coriander Seeds

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

3 Nos Cloves

3 Nos Black Cardamom

1 Bay Leaf

1 Sticks Cinnamon

5 Nos Green Cardamom


Chicken Marination:

1 Kg Chicken

1/2 tsp Lemon Juice

1 tsp Tandoori Masala

1/2 tsp Chaat Masala

1 tsp Peppercorn

1/2 Cup Curd

1 tsp Mustard Oil

1 tsp Ginger- Garlic Paste

1 tsp Red Chilli Paste

1 tsp Salt

Roasted Chicken Masala Recipe

Tandoori Masala:

1.Dry roast in a pan green cardamom, black cardamom, coriander seeds, cinnamon, cumin seeds, bay leaf, turmeric powder and cloves.

2.Grind them in a grinder so that a powdered masala is formed.

3.For marination take chicken in a bowl, add red chilli paste, ginger-garlic paste, salt and mix it properly.

4.Then add curd, chat masala, mustard oil, peppercorn, lemon juice, tandoori masala and mix it properly by using your hand so that the chicken gets marinated properly with the masala.

5.Take a thin transparent sheet, cover the bowl with the sheet and keep it aside and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

6.Once it gets marinated grill the chicken for around 20 minutes at 250 degree C.

7.Roasted chicken is ready to serve. Serve it hot and garnish it with chat masala, lemon juice, chutney and onion rings.
