Sabudana Vada


1 Cup Sabudana (soaked)

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp Coriander leaves

1 Cup Potatoes (boiled)

1 tsp Red chilli powder

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Green Chillies

1/2 Cup Peanuts (grounded)

To serve along Curd


Sabudana Vada
1.In a bowl take soaked sabudana, add ground peanuts, salt, boiled potatoes, green chillies, red chilli powder, lemon juice, coriander leaves. Mash and mix all the ingredients properly and make a thick mixture.
2.Now make small tikki like balls from the mixture.
3.Heat oil and put these balls in hot oil and deep fry them.
4.Once the vada turns golden brown in color transfer them on a tissue paper so that the excess oil gets soaked in it.
5.Serve the vada hot along with curd.
