Schezwan sauce


1 tsp Salt

1 tsp chilli sauce

1 tsp Soya sauce

1 Tbsp Vinegar

2 Tbsp Corn flour (mixed in a cup of water)

1/2 tsp Chilli powder.

1 Tbsp Ginger

1 Tbsp Garlic

3/4 Onions, finely chopped

3-4 Whole red peppers

1/4 Cup Sesame oil

Schezwan sauce


1.Take onion, ginger, garlic and grind them together.

2.Take a wok, heat oil in it and add whole red peppers and fry it over a high heat till they get little dark.

3.Now add the grounded onion, ginger, garlic and stir it over high heat till it becomes glossy.

4.Then add the cornflour mix which was being mixed with water and bring it to boil.

5.Now lower the flame, add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, chilli powder, salt and mix it properly.

6.Cook till it is mixed properly for around half minute and the sauce is ready.
