Shahi Paneer


15 Paneer Cubes

2 Butter cubes

2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves

1/2 Cup Water

Crushed Paneer

3 Nos Green Chilli , chopped

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

2 tsp Salt

2 tsp Coriander Powder

1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 Cup Tomato, pureed

1 Tbsp Ginger, chopped

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

2 Tbsp Butter

1/3 Cup Melon Seeds, soaked

Shahi Paneer


1.Take melon seeds and soak it in water for 30 minutes, then grind it to form a smooth paste and keep it aside.

2.Heat butter in a pan, don’t let it burn, add cumin seeds and allow it to crackle.

3.Add ginger in it, cook it for few seconds then pour the tomato puree into it and let it simmer.

4.Add the melon seed paste, mix it and cook it for 1 minute. Then add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, green chillies and mix it.

5.Take crushed paneer and add it for flavor, put some water and bring it to boil on medium flame.

6.Add the paneer cubes in the gravy and let it coat well, cook for another 1 minute.

7.Finally garnish it with coriander leaves and butter and serve it hot.
